By accessing and using Small Business Brand services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
Small Business Brand provides brand system development, website infrastructure, hosting, and SEO optimization services. Our services include one-time brand system builds and ongoing subscription-based hosting and SEO management.
Payment is processed through Stripe. We offer the following payment options:
Monthly hosting and SEO subscriptions are billed separately and automatically renew until cancelled.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on initial concepts. If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts, we will refund your deposit before development begins. Once development starts, all payments are non-refundable, but we will continue working with you until you are satisfied with the final product.
Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of your brand system, including all design files, code, and content. You may use, modify, and distribute your brand system as you see fit. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Upon cancellation, we will provide all files and documentation needed to migrate your website to another hosting provider.
Small Business Brand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
